Beginner Gymnastics Classes
GAB-Medford offers two different options for beginner gymnastics both are coed and vary based off of age. Children in these classes can improve their balance and coordination by learning the basic gymnastics skills on vault, bars, beam, and floor.
ACROKATS
5 - 8 years | 60 minutes | $600 for 20 weeks | $30 for trial class
This is a co-ed class for children ages 5 - 8 who are new to gymnastics. Your child will focus on learning basic skills such as handstands, balance, strength, and building confidence in a supportive environment with dedicated coaches. Each class is 60 minutes.
fireflies
6 - 10 years | 60 minutes | $600 for 20 weeks | $30 for trial class
The Fireflies classes are for children ages 6 - 10. The co-ed class teaches children how to build upon their knowledge of balance, strength, and coordination while learning new skills such as cartwheels and roundoffs. Each class is 60 minutes.
