Gymnastics Teams
GAB-Medford has various levels depending on the skills of your child. GAB currently accommodates Xcel levels Silver through Platinum, and Developmental Program Levels 4-8. For more information on these two programs please visit usagym.org or contact our Team Director.
Competitive TEam
Athletes who successfully complete the Super Stars program will typically be placed in Xcel Silver. Team athletes learn and practice competition routines, train year-round, and compete in a designated number of USAG Sanctioned meets each season. Depending on their scores, athletes may have the opportunity to qualify for State Championships and other postseason competitions. While our Team Program is competitive, we strive to create an environment where gymnasts can continue developing their skills, confidence, and love for the sport.
Xcel Silver and Gold are required to practice two times per week. Practices run three hours a day.
Xcel Platinum and Level 4-8 practice 3 times per week for 9+ hours.
